Personal information gathered by Project Us when you register your interest will only be used for the purpose of administering the event. Acceptance is confirmed by email by Project Us Coordinator and sent to the applicant/participant and marked for the attention of the contact or authorised representative referred to in the online application form.

Concern Worldwide will retain details of Project Us participants for one year. Concern Worldwide will contact Project Us participants eleven months after initial registration in order to see if previous attendees are willing to participate again in a World Café. If previous attendees wish to not participate, Concern will remove Project Us participant’s details from Concern Worldwide’s CRM database.

Group Bookings:

If you register other participants on their behalf, you have done so with their permission and their acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Under 18’s:

Online registration form must be completed by a person over 18. Under 18’s can attend Project Us World Cafés but must have a consent form completed by a parent/guardian with them at the event. This form can also be returned to jessica.maguire@concern.net prior to the event.
